This platform, which does not provide services to the public or to third parties, allows interested users of legal age to register and carry out Data Entry work with an OCCASIONAL AUTONOMOUS WORKING CONTRACT.
The contract envisages that a registered user may, without any constraint of subordination, within the timeframe he or she deems appropriate, within the limits and in accordance with the law, and with the characteristics indicated in the individual employment contract signed, perform Data Entry services for an economic consideration established on the basis of the type of data entered.
Each activity is divided into processing batches (generally made up of 1,000 records; each record is composed of one or more fields of fixed and/or variable length) which the user may request to process. The platform is operational 24 hours a day (during which time the co-worker may decide in full autonomy which hours to work), except for scheduled maintenance and possible temporary technical malfunctions.
The service manager reserves the right to enter the quantities of work batches it deems appropriate and available without any constraints or limits, just as the co-worker will be free to choose the quantity of work to be performed. The service provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to enable the requesting user.
In order to activate the application for registration (click here to consult the registration guide) to the platform, it is necessary to fill in and sign with a handwritten signature the attached contract proposal, the privacy and confidentiality documents, and send them by email to support@dataentrycloud.com together with a copy of a valid ID and tax code.
The data entered are subject to automatic quality and congruity checks, and the service provider reserves the right to adopt further criteria and mechanisms, which do not require user commitment.
Each processing batch is subject to verification checks, which require the entry of additional records, not paid for by the user, necessary for the quality check of the data entered (i.e. some records previously entered by the user are repeated at random). The batch is only considered accepted and liquidated if the quality check yields a positive result.
In the event of a negative outcome, the user can review and correct the data entered. The platform provides for user reliability rating systems, which allow a reward mechanism for the quality of the data entered, progressively reducing the records required for feedback.
